The SWM-JCD-S Jelly & Gummy depositing line is used primarily to produce soft pectin based jellies and chewy gelatin based gummies. Solid, striped, layered and center-filled jellies and gummies in either 2D, 3D or 4D are possible made by the line. The line is also capable of validation for all types of functional and pharmaceutical confectionery. Metal moulds or silicone moulds are used instead of starch moulds, compared with starch moguls, the process is completely hygienic and cost of investments is much lower.

This line comes with complete supporting parameters on steam, compressed air, water and power consumption. We offer custom mold OEM & ODM service and factory wholesale solutions for global candy manufacturers.
