The Ningbo Candy Machinery Production Base is located in the core manufacturing park of Ningbo, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. It is equipped with modern production workshops, precision processing centers, R&D and testing laboratories, and finished product storage areas, serving as an integrated smart manufacturing base integrating research & development, production, inspection and warehousing. Leveraging the pivotal advantage of Ningbo Port, it realizes efficient coordination of raw material procurement, manufacturing and finished product delivery, delivering stable production capacity support for customers worldwide.

Precision Machining Stage

Advanced equipment including CNC machining centers, laser cutting machines and numerical control lathes is adopted for high-precision processing of core components, with tolerances controlled within ±0.01 mm to guarantee stable equipment operation. Key structural parts are strengthened via forging, heat treatment and other processes to enhance durability and fatigue resistance.

Modular Assembly Stage

A production mode of "separate module assembly + overall integration" is applied. Independent assembly and commissioning of modules such as transmission system, control system and forming system are completed first, followed by whole-machine integration. Every assembly procedure is operated by technicians with over 10 years of experience, and the whole process complies with ISO 9001 quality management system standards to ensure precise fitting and smooth operation of all parts.

System Commissioning Stage

The equipment undergoes a 72-hour continuous trial run simulating customers’ actual production scenarios, covering load, precision, efficiency and other tests. Indicators including equipment noise, energy consumption and safety protection are inspected simultaneously to ensure compliance with international safety standards (CE certification) and customers’ production requirements.

Surface and Protection Treatment

Equipment surfaces are treated through sandblasting, phosphating and electrostatic spraying with food-grade eco-friendly coatings, which deliver rust and corrosion resistance and meet hygiene standards for food machinery. Protective devices are installed on exposed components to balance operational safety and aesthetic appearance.

Testing Process

Raw Material Inspection: Incoming inspection is conducted on core raw materials such as steel, motors and sensors. Material certificates and performance parameters are verified, and all unqualified raw materials are rejected outright.
Component Self-Inspection: A three-level inspection system of "self-inspection, mutual inspection and professional inspection" is implemented during processing. Every component passes dimensional measurement, hardness testing and other examinations, with inspection records archived for filing.
Complete Machine Performance Testing: A professional inspection team uses precision instruments to comprehensively test more than 20 indicators including production efficiency, product forming precision, energy consumption, noise and control system response speed, and issues a Qualified Equipment Inspection Report.
Pre-Delivery Simulated Acceptance: Small-batch trial production tests are carried out by simulating customers’ on-site acceptance procedures, ensuring the equipment can be quickly put into production upon arrival at customers’ premises.
Traceability System: Each piece of equipment is assigned a unique factory serial number, with a full-life-cycle traceability file established. The file records all links including production, inspection, installation and maintenance to facilitate follow-up tracking services.
