A Yes, we fully accept customized machines.
We have an experienced R&D and engineering team. We can modify the machine according to your actual production requirements, such as output capacity, product size, material, voltage, layout and other special demands.

A Most of our standard machines are manufactured against orders, we do not keep large finished-machine inventory. We keep sufficient stock of core spare parts for quick after sales support.
· For standard models: our normal production lead time is 30-45 working days after receiving your deposit.
· For customized machines or complete production lines: lead time will be 45-60 working days, subject to project details.
In a few cases, we may have demo machines or ready-to-ship units available. We can check for you upon your required model.

A We can arrange shipment by sea, by air or by international courier according to your requirements. For large-size machinery, sea freight is the most economical option.
1. After receiving your full balance payment, we will arrange shipment within agreed lead time.
2. We can deliver goods to our designated forwarding agent in China. If you have your own forwarder, we are also able to send goods to your agent’s warehouse.
3. All export documents including commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading will be provided for your customs clearance.
4. Sea freight cost is usually not included in machine price unless we specially state it in PI. Freight cost depends on destination port, machine weight and volume.

A We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as our main payment method for deposit. Our usual term is 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
After we sign the sales contract or proforma invoice, we will send you our official bank details. You can arrange the deposit transfer via your bank. Please send us the bank slip after you finish the payment, so we can confirm and start production accordingly.
