A The return freight cost depends on the cause of the problem:
1. If the defect is caused by our manufacturing quality problem, we will bear the return freight.
2. If returns are caused by improper operation, man-made damage, or customer-initiated reason, the return freight shall be borne by the buyer.
For machinery equipment, returning large machines overseas will generate very high logistics costs. Therefore, we prefer to solve problems via online technical guidance, replacement of spare parts rather than whole-machine return.
